Hurricane

We're sure many of the refugees from New Orleans could use a drink right about now. We know because, we are among them!

Clearly there's only one drink that will really kill the pain: a good old Hurricane.

This one's absurdly simple to make if you can get your hands on some hurricane mix. We recommend Pat O'Brien's brand; it's the best.

Pat O'Brien's Hurricane mix

Mix well, serve with ice, and raise a toast to the great city of New Orleans. This might be a good time to drink to the memory of the untold number who didn't make it out before Katrina hit.
